To complete registration, a member must provide their correct name, mobile number and email address. After registration, an OTP will be sent to the provided email or mobile number to activate the account.

3.1 Login Security

If a password is forgotten, it can be recovered through the registered mobile number. Any suspected unauthorised access to an account must be reported to the support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

3.3 Multiple Accounts

If a single person holds more than one account, all accounts will be terminated and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• If a bonus is not used within a set period, it will be cancelled
• A maximum bet amount may apply while a bonus is in use
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure by a Member
